.......the AAC and the former conference that was the Old Big East...(starts at 15:00 min). Pretty much tells it like it is. The New Big East, that alot fans talk about rejoining, isn't the old Big East in terms of recruiting ( they don't get MCd AA's either, like before the split) and Nova more than anyone is the school that has really helped their rebrand.
I agree, the Big East isn't the BE anymore, with all the midwest teams now in the conference, Butler, Depaul, Creighton, etc . It isn't like rejoining, PITT, Cuse, Ville, WVU, etc. ...... at the end of the day he say's KO winning trumps all to get the fan interest back...( unless they were to move up to a P-5, IMHO)
