I remember Archie Miller when he played for NC State. At that time, my cousin lived in Raleigh, and I visited him a few times down there. Miller was a 5'10" shooting guard who was a 3 point shooter off the bench. He was a pretty good 3 point shooter, but he was not a point guard like his brother Sean. Archie was more of a pure 3 point specialist so really more like Joey Calcaterra in role. Most of his shots were 3s.

Javonte Brown has only started 11 of 63 games in his college career. Last year he had by far his best season at Western Michigan, but he didn't start a single game, instead getting 8.8 ppg and 4.2 rpg off the bench. I guess he must have thought this was his last chance to be a full time starter:

Blanca was profiled by Mark Zanetto on a recent podcast and he had a WNBA insider on as a guest who said she could leave UConn early 1-2 years for the WNBA. She is that good. Here is the podcast:

To me Fagnano showed why he is a backup yesterday. Although he was productive from a yardage standpoint, he had Skylar Bell wide open for a TD and threw the ball around 10 yards over his head. He missed some other passes as well. The TD by Sheffield was all Sheffield's work, and his blockers. I would like to see if they can develop Evers' passing. From what I have seen of him he has a strong arm, on intermediate throws.

Does anyone know why Evers did not play? I thought at various points in the game when the offense struggled, he would be in the game. Was he concussed after all? Nobody had been using that word.

Although that was not what we were expecting, we got the best ending to a UConn FB game ever!!!!!' 2 stops from the 6 inch line and then fumble return for 96 yard TD? You gotta be kidding me with that ending.
