OT- Uconn at top of HE in home attendance again - playoffs next

( update: somehow UM-L put 6942 fans into a 6003 seat building lastnight to edge Uconn by 6 fans per game)

Closed out the regular season home schedule last night in front of 6,254.
*Huskies Beat New Hampshire 4-1 on Senior Night ....UConn can host playoff series with win at UNH Saturday night......Had a so-so year, but could still get the home ice for the first round of the best out of 3 game playoffs

Also Uconn freshman Max Letunov ( 5th) and Tage Thompson (19th) are both in the top 20 in HE scoring. Thompson (NHL Central Scouting's 2016 rankings ) is currently ranked as a 1st round pick in this years NHL draft. Letunov was a 2nd round pick in 2014.

Uconn gets the job done by scoring 4 strait goals in the 3rd period and OT to erase a 4-1 deficit & sweep UNH this week-end . The 4 points give Uconn a 3 game home ice series at the XL Center this coming week-end in the best of 3.... Hockey East playoffs March 4th-6th.

* Huskies beat UNH 5-4 in OT..... Will Host Vermont in First Round of Playoffs
