" For the UConn men’s basketball program, the “real practices” begin on Saturday morning at the Werth Family Center. New coach Dan Hurley and the Huskies will have 41 days, and 27 practices, to get ready to open the season against Morehead State on Nov. 8 at Gampel Pavilion. "

New heights & weights....of note Cobb down to 249lbs from 280, Whaley up to 210 from 190, Polley up to 200 from 190 off of last years roster. Brendan Adams comes in at 6-4/196. Carlton now listed at 6-10/235 which make sense because he's taller than Cobb. Also Yakwe listed at 6-7/212, I wonder if he's ready to go since I saw him in a walking boot at a couple of soccer games a few weeks ago.

The kid Alosi needs to work on is Sid Wilson. 177 pounds is not acceptable for a frontcourt player. He is gonna be pushed around until he gets himself a man’s body.
