New Big East TV Partners ?

"Big East men’s and women’s college basketball is on the verge of adding new television partners as NBC Sports and TNT Sports are expected to join Fox Sports in presenting games beginning (2025-26), sources briefed on the negotiations told The Athletic....While Fox Sports will remain the top partner, both NBC, which will feature most of its games on Peacock, and TNT Sports, which operates the streaming service Max, are anticipated to add a large number of games."

The agreement is not yet formalized and the other incumbent, CBS Sports — which does a smaller package of games — is still holding discussions.

Kemba !

Shout out to the all-time GOAT of the Big East Tourney ! I was out in Hawaii sitting with his parents and only a small group of Uconn fans when he took the Huskies to the Maui title. Then on unexpected magical ride as a JR with a bunch of Freshman & Sophs to the NC in 2010-11. Made a nice living ( $198 mil ) in the NBA ;). Best of luck in whatever is next !

BB Recruiting Latest on two recent 2025 visitors.....

UConn Basketball hosted two class of 2025 recruits recently in Five-Star guard Darius Acuff (IMG Academy, but originally from Michigan) and Four-Star guard Acaden Lewis from Washington DC. As of now, it sounds like Acuff is going to end up with Arkansas sooner rather than later, while Lewis is leaning towards North Carolina at the moment, but the Huskies are still very much involved here.
