What on earth does Diaco see in Whitmer?

We have watched this for years. Whitmer throwiong INT after INT. UConn scoring almost no points when Whitmer is in the game. Loss after loss after loss.

Yet, Diaco gives him the majority of snaps. Rushes him into the game when we reach the end zone. All with predictable results.

Why does Diaco have this huge blind spot when it comes to Whitmer? Any guesses?

My "guess" is he's down to one QB (Boyle) with a future and he doesn't want to ruin him for life behind
this putrid OL. They've already cost Casey his career. And Boyle's numbers( 8 int/0 TD's last year) haven't
been any better with one pick in 13 attempts to Whitmer's 3 in 106 while running for his life every time the
ball is snapped. Maybe Deshon Foxx is Uconn's savior at QB Uconn Stats, LOL ! A run for your life QB
might be this team's only hope behind this sieve of a line !
