Second straight game where UConn's opponent did not have a FT. Houston 0-0. They were just hoisting jumpers which is why they got beat by 60. On the other hand pretty impressive that UConn is totally cold from the 3 point line yet dominates the Cougs in the paint such that win by 60. UConn D was again awesome- Houston was 2 of its last 20 on jelly legs.

Do you guys realize Ekmark had a career high 8 points? As a visible minority (only blonde on team), you gotta pull for her.

It looks like Stokes is threatening to break Rebecca Lobo's season record for blocked shots despite coming off the bench and not playing a ton of minutes.

Ekmark finally hit a 3 which she was recruited to do at a lethal pace. She works so hard, I hope this leads to a few more 3's going down. NExt year she will get bumped down if she doesnt start hitting her stroke.

Ekmark has a great stroke and an aggressive playing style. I think she needs to get in slightly better shape to play at this level. They will need her 3 point shooting next year after KML graduates.
