Missouri defensive line is awesome. Those four down guys are great, great players. Really big and fast.
Exciting match-up between Julian Campenni, the best player on UConn's D-line, going against the best player on MIssouri's O-line, Center Evan Boehm.
Maty is a his greatest attribute is probably intangible, and he's won his whole life.
Led them to back-to-back SEC-East Division titles. He's a winner, he carries himself in that swagger, nothing in the game he doesn't believe he can do.
He's fast, very fast. So hard to tackle, hard to sack, hard to contain. But he also keeps his eyes downfield when he's on the move.
Thanks for all the input!Maty is a career 52% passer. His accuracy leaves much to be desired. He throws a great long ball, but lacks touch and location on shorter passes. Mizzou didn't have him run much last year. He is a very dangerous runner when he needs to be. The problem is that some SEC defenses go out of their way to hurt QBs. He really is a gamer. When he needs to make something happen, he has done so pretty regularly. He still has a tendency to try too hard sometimes and throws up some terrible jump balls when he is on the run. He had 2 INTs last week. I've given up on sound throwing mechanics from Maty. I think he would be much better if he could just eliminate the major errors and stop running backwards away from the rush.
No problem. Thanks for all the input!
No problem.
It doesn't look like either of our teams have done anything on the ground so far, so QB is where it's at on Saturday.
