Are the Huskies in for another long Conference season?

I had so much hope coming in to this new BB season that things were going in the right direction. However, I'm not so optimistic now. Would you believe that for the first time in my life I tuned off todays stinker with 4 minutes to go? I just couldn't bear to see how much more work needs to be done with the men!

Very disappointing. The team has not done well with physical play and have looked very soft. I think it's going to be a long season.

This is a player problem and DH MUST fix it and to me that is a benching. Vital/Gilbert/Carlton needs 10mins a game and no more. This is about youth and thats it.

Gaff
Adams
Bouk
Wilson

I kind of agree that those guys need to get the most minutes. Wilson has not really deserved to get more minutes but you have to play these freshman and sophomores and see what you can do to grow them going forward. UConn's veteran players just have not produced. We have seen consistent poor shooting games from the starting guards, poor ballhandling and running of offense and really weak play by Carlton of late. Gotta play for the future. The veterans were not Hurley's guys, he stuck with them and they have let him down. Now let Hurley play his own guys.
