Score doesn't give the domination justice...take away Obi's bad break and whiff going for a pick when he was the last man back, late in the game....that gave Army a 71 yd gift TD .... and they didn't do much vs. Uconn's defense. Army only 9 first downs to Uconn's 23 ...as Army never got to run a play inside Uconn's 20 yd line the entire game.

Uconn had to settle for FG's ( Puyol 3-3) a little to often while racking up 415 yds of total offense behind Shirreffs who continues with solid accuracy ( 19-25, 270 yds) and a 167.2 efficiency rating. But overall 5-5 in red zone scoring with the 3 FG's and 2 TD's. Of note on true freshman according to participation chart . FR Red shirts burned in 2 games so far:
K -Micheal TARBUTT....WR's- Tyraiq BEALS, Aaron McLEAN, Hergy MAYALA.... TE's - Ian CAMPBELL, Dallas PARKER, Chris LEE CB - John ROBINSON

Attendance decent considering the last few years of losing and the opponent : 28,260 which was better than last years average (27, 461).

Also nice story from Tim on the front page with quotes from HS Parade All-American and true Soph Arkeel Newsome and Bryant Shirreffs as they Propel UConn to 2-0 Start
