He is one of those kids whose athleticism gets him chances but he was really sorely lacking in basketball instincts, fundamentals and court awareness. Some guys just do not have the ability to understand and process information about what's happening on the court around them. We have seen other kids like that come and go at UConn, like Covington Cormier, Doug Wrenn, Uri Cohen-Mintz, Marcus Johnson, and Darius Smith, to name just a few. These guys just were not on the same page as their teammates and guys like this sort of create a 4 on 5 situation in basketball when they are not playing in unison with their teammates.
