I find it interesting that the NCAA Selection is doing this, and I am sure Joe Lunardi isn't happy about it as he previously had a monopoly on pre-NCAA Tournament seeding previews, but now the NCAA Selection Committee is telling the nation where things stand. I guess the intention behind this is that nobody gets taken by surprise and teams are put on notice of exactly what work they must do in order to get a top seed.

Unfortunately, however, this is sort of like dipping their toes into the swimming pool rather than diving in, as the Commitee has only revealed the top 16 seeds and not 17-64:

While Lunardi can now say he is the only one who can project all 64, it would be nice if the NCAA Selection Committee told the bubble teams where they stand, because for them it's a matter of in or out and not a 1 or 4 seed. Who really cares about seed if you are in anyway?

It's BS how is Puke in there and how is ucla a 4 seed at the moment. That should tell you all you need to know about those analytic clown nerds!
