Good job after a slow first half, with Fagnano leading the team to 3 TDs in the 4th quarter. Nice job by the D creating TO's for opportunities that didn't go wasted. For all of the good moments that Evers had, it just seems the offense clicks better and a comeback was ready for the taking once Evers got dinged up. The numbers may not say it for this game but Fags just seems to read the D better in the passing game/pocket presence and has way more poise to lead/extend drives at this point in their careers. As alot of the fanbase has noted. ( 13 TD's / 3 INT/ 171.7 QB rating/ only sacked twice- compared to 5/5/ 100.9/10 sacks for Evers) (ummm, HC JM ???) That said Joe has been the ultimate team guy and gamer !

So huge shout out to the coaches and players for a relentless team effort as they finished off the American undefeated at 4-0. ( You know it's former conference that Aresco thought was to good to take Uconn as a FB only member, LOL! ) How do you like those apples !

I watched the game and thought a switch was flipped when Fagnano came in that game. Whether that was partly due to UAB being gassed is hard to say, but it's pretty obvious they made some very good plays in the passing game with Fagnano. That may have helped set up the clinching TD run by Edwards.

It was an impressive win.
