So the CBS Sports staff has Uconn ranked #16 (16 / 4 = a number 4 seed, correct ?) But their bracketology "expert" has them( and Tulsa) as an early # 8 seed...not to good at math Mr. face Palm, eh ? He picks 4 AAC teams in the tourney with Cincy at a 5 seed......and Temple as a 12. As I said way to early but just more to work on for the pups !

I see Cincy as a sleeper team, but I doubt they will get a better seed than UConn. I looked at their schedule and the only top 25 teams they play besides UConn is #7 Iowa State and #24 Butler. So I have no idea what the reasoning is as to how they would get the RPI juice needed to nab a 5 seed. Their non conference isn't better than UConn's, so for them to be a 5 seed they would need to beat UConn in AAC tourney, and perform very well regular season. I do like their team and their coach is a feisty SOB. They will likely be in the top 25. They are IMHO one of the better defensive teams in the country on a consistent basis.

According to that their "experts" are undecided as between SMU, UConn and Cincy ruling the American. We known SMU is not eligible so that puts it between UConn and Cincy. UConn and Cincy have played some very good games the last few years and the games this year should be fun.

And like you said if little Mick " never lost for words".... is back.... it makes it even better if Uconn beats em'....
