During the offseason I said replacement of the 3 point shooting of Napier, Giffey and Daniels was going to be the biggest issue for this team. But it's been a much bigger issue than what I expected.

I think Cassell will be better and so will Purvis and Calhoun once they come back. Someone has to reliably stick shots, otherwise it will be a tough year. This game against Texas was very winnable if even one big shot gets made. UConn missed its last 8 FGs. That is not going to do win games. It's too bad because the D was great.
