Really dismal shooting by the Huskies tonight, slightly offset by the triple double by Tristan Newton. Good game for Newton despite him and Alleyne shooting a whole lot of bricks from 3. The only other bright spots were Clingan 11 points and 8 boards, and Joey California with 15 off the bench and looking like the only competent shooter for the Huskies.

Yep, a complete XL Center brick city (6-23), to only slightly beat out the last suck fest vs Stonehill (5-24).

I got a feeling this is some kinda psych job DH has created in his and his players minds, since he spoke about the shooting at the XL last year and in the past, but he needs to get over it. They did shoot 10-21 vs. BU at Gampel. Calhouns team's never made it an issue ...ever.

Also they only slightly controlled the charity UB was trying to give them by handing em' 18 TO's.... by throwing it away ( mostly) once they got a decent lead with 15 TO's theirselves... win, heal up and move on...... shout out to those you mentioned, 6 guys in double figures and Alex too.
