UConn vs. South Carolina, Part 2

South Carolina lost by 25 to UConn at home but I expect them to pay tougher this game. Aja Wilson will completely shut down any and all interior baskets in the halfcourt (she is a major rim protection/rebounding force), so UConn needs to get out in transition and score and also knock down some outside shots. This will be a tough game. All the games from here on in are gonna be dogfights (or catfights).

Crystal and the 3pt shooting has been outrageous.

Our interior D, especially on the Kentucky transfer has been shoddy. Wilson is going to get her 25.

We are bound to cool off, so we'll need some second half grit to finish this off.

I was expecting a better test from SC. Outside of Wilson, they suck, and that’s why they are down 32. SC guards can’t shoot or handle the ball. They are TO prone and don’t play good D. Quinnipiac played better D.

Defense was better. We missed some threes, but attacked the rim.
