Hurley admitted his shame and he probably should because UConn has looked worse in the last 3 games than they did last year. Hurley has been a non-factor.

Well you can work as hard as you want but, your not gonna win in major CB with no front court presence or height. Plus Dawkins @ 6-6 was shooting right over whatever 6-2 guard was trying to cover him. With Memphis adding the best 7-0 player in the country next year this isn't gonna change in the AAC.

Hurley needs to get on the recruiting trail to find some height and stop worrying about guards. It now looks like Kofi is gonna commit to Illinois, so DH better have plan B, C & D for post guys and not stop there. This is still a game that requires real bigs and if your gonna play anorexic stretch 4's (currently useless) you better have an athletic 6-6 to 6-8 SF who can help on the boards and be able to D-up against normal size SF's, right along side him. (ie. Daniels 6-9 & Giffey 6-8)

Wasn't there a big Lithuanian kid around 6'11" who committed to UConn before KO was fired and then DH told him no more scholly for him? Can they ask that kid to come back, recall him so to speak, or is it too late for that? UConn needs some big bodies, they do not even have any big bodies on the roster for next year.

My guess is they thought they'd find someone better than LK in 2019, so they took a flyer on Yakwe for a year. That's all well and good but now that they whiffed on Kofi to Illinio$ and that dirty coaching staff .....DH and company better get their ass in gear and find a real big (at least 2 ) besides Akok ( if he ever plays a game here)
