I have nothing against Vital but the kid is just not mentally good enough. He says things like here in this video but his actions are reckless and has no sense of responsibility to the team when the game is on. Al is in the same boat.

That video makes me think that the coach is realizing how bad this team is.

Isn’t he supposed to coach the bad basketball out of these kids? With respect to AG and CV, those guys played horrifically undisciplined basketball last night. It was shocking to me how bad they were. What exactly are they being coached to do? Play hero ball?

Until proven otherwise, DH is a glorified drill sergeant.
He elicits effort only.
There is no game plan, no skill, no consideration to match ups.

When you get to the higher levels effort means less and less.
Everyone tries hard and has talent here Danny.
