That's what it sounds like... 5 years ? .... I guess he doesn't have the same qualities that Scott Frost did with a 0-12 team at UCF, who turned it around in 2 years, or Justin Fuentes at Memphis. Nope Uconn fans ......he needs 5 years. Well thanks Randy that's good to know. You have just confirmed to this loyal season ticket holder since the Memorial Stadium days that there is no longer any reason to follow this team as a paying customer. You'd have been better off man'ing up after that pathetic coaching performance vs. Umass and taking some responsibility. Nope keep playing the victim that'll work... ;)..... Everybody knows that Diaco screwed up recruiting but that loss is on you and your staff......

“People better catch us now,” Edsall said after the team’s strong performance two weeks ago in a loss at South Florida. They’re catching the Huskies, all right, even lowly UMass. In the aftermath of that loss, Edsall claimed there isn’t yet a group of leaders to take hold and pull everyone along." ( hmmm... I thought leadership was his job ???)

Is Randy trying to backtrack from his wins don't matter comment, that makes him sound more like Diaco every day ? It sure would be a good idea to forget those comments, especially when your team gives up on you like they did vs. ( 1-7) Tulsa. But what do you think the fans and more importantly your team are gonna do when you make comments like that ? Sometimes rather then getting mad at the world when you lose ( like you did vs. Umass ) you should take a good long look in the mirror, man-up and take some blame yourself for an awful game plan. Then you won't makes matters worse for everybody. Because your accountability spiel goes both ways Randy, haven't you learned that yet ?
