Kemba named Eastern Conference Player of the Week

3rd time in his career he has been named player of the week. Since Christmas he is the leading scorer in the eastern conference.

Kemba started out the season somewhat pedestrian but he has really picked it up in the past couple months.

He also has been playing well since Lin has been starting with him in the backcourt. Lin has had some big scoring games recently and defenses are giving him attention therefore freeing some pressure off Kemba. Kenna's outside shooting also much improved.

Big time. I read this article the other day, pretty good info and so happy to see him make some improvements. It also helps that the GM got him some real help this off season. He had to shoulder SO much of the scoring load here the last few years.
