This is the game many wanted to see: the Sampsonites vs. The Croninians.

Line is Houston -4. Tough to bet against them. Win and they should get a 2 seed, if they don't would be disappointing for the league.

Houston is having trouble defending Jarron Cumberland in the early part of this game. Cumberland is going off.

On St. Patrick’s Day Mick Cronin is wearing a green leprechaun jacket LOL. Chance of him sipping some beer and eating corned beef and cabbage later on are very high.

Cincinnati so far has stymied Houston with a fairly basic 2-3 zone defense. Houston isn’t racking up the 18 offensive rebounds like their last meeting nor are they shooting well from outside. Houston looks like a flustered team at the moment.

Congrats to Cincy and Mick Cronin for a wire to wire AAC Tourney Championship win. Jarron Cumberland showed why he is conference MVP today. Cincy has won back to back AAC tournaments.

Cincy wins the AAC championship in impressive fashion and gets a #7 NCAA tourney seed. It makes me wonder if the NCAA selection committee also look at Cronin and think of that song. No respect for Cronin.

Legitimately Cincy should be a 5 seed at least. This doesn't bode well even if the AAC got 4 teams in. 28-6 and AAC championship = 7 seed. Not what we want.

Wofford also got a 7 seed.
