Amazing, but well deserved.

6 more wins. It won't be easy, but if they accomplish that goal, it will have to be up there with any of Geno's championships besides '95. The first is always special and helped build the brand, but I got to think cutting the nets down this year would be really special in its own right.

Nobody expected this. Nobody forecasted an undefeated season or even one first team All American, let alone 3. Samuelson had an up and down freshman season and while it was clear she had a lot of potential, it did not seem likely to develop at this rate. She is a very versatile scorer and seems to improve all the time. Gabby and Collier are also vastly improved from last season. Last year I thought Collier had a nose for the ball, this year I think she is a supremely talented low post offensive player, maybe as good as anyone UConn has had scoring around the bucket. She makes it look easy, plus still has that nose for the ball.

Gabby Williams is the best athlete in the country and the best two way player in the country.

Congrats to all 3 ladies and to Geno for his superb coaching this year and that of his staff.
