In this weekly feature on Rivals.com, we take a look at the weekend’s standout performances from both college and pro football, and pick one player from each star rankings group to spotlight. This week's two-star is former Husky DB Byron Jones.

As a recruit: Jones received only one FBS offer as a high school prospect, via Connecticut after impressing then-coach Randy Edsall while playing wide receiver at an on-campus workout. He moved to defensive back in college and played all four years for the Huskies.
What he did this week: After going in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft, Jones is well on his way to becoming a star for the Dallas Cowboys. In the team’s win over Pittsburgh on Sunday, he led the team in tackles with 12 total. Jones is a classic diamond-in-the-rough tale.
